Associate Prof Dr Seri Intan Mokhtar, Dean of Faculty of Agro Based Industry, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, Malaysia. Associate Professor Dr Seri Intan by training is a microbiologist. She has been awarded local, international and industrial research grants to the value if more than RM1.5 million in natural vinegar production, phylogenetic studies and food product development. A versatile academician and also experinced adminstrator for the past 20 years. A certified intelectual property manager with excellent negotition track record especially in university and industrial inovation, licensing and commercilisation. Currently she is the Dean of Faculty of Agro-based Industry in Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. A Faculty dedicated to be in playing field of Agrotechnology, Animal Husbandary, Product Development and Food Security. She is steering the Faculty in embracing latest 4.0IR technology in agriculture and spearhading towards national product development revolution and global food security efforts.

Dr. Krishnan Umachandran, General Manager, Nelcast Ltd, India. Dr. Krishnan Umachandran has 34 years of industrial experience. Graduated from Madras University as a Mechanical Engineer in 1988; went on to complete Masters in Technological Management from BITS in 1992, Pilani; PGDPMIR from MSSW in 1994; and PhD from Dr.MGR University in 2012. Started as, a shop floor Engineer, used various opportunities; became a consultant for a spectrum of industries ranging from Beverages, Batteries, Chemicals, Ceramic Tiles, Leather, Electricity, Mfg, Facilities, IT, ITES etc. Currently specialises in Industry 4.0 applications & innovations His interest areas include Pedagogy; Market promotions, Customer retention; and Leadership-Management-Organization Development. Dr. Craig N. Refugio holds the following degrees on scholarship grants: PhD in Education major in Research & Evaluation from the University of San Carlos, Cebu City, in 2004; MA in Education major in Mathematics Education from Western Mindanao State University, Zamboanga City in 1995; & BS in Mathematics from Andres Bonifacio College, Magna Cum Laude in 1987. He is currently an Associate Professor 5 and the Assistant Dean of the College of Teacher Education of Negros Oriental State University, Dumagute City. Moreover, he has seven professional certifications and licenses, three from the Philippines and four from the United States of America. He presented 40 research papers in local, national & international conferences & conventions. In 2015, one of his mathematics education papers won the best mathematics education research paper during the 6th Conference in Science and Math Education in Penang, Malaysia and in 2010, he was awarded the Claes Nobel Educator Distinction Award by the US National Society of High School Scholar, Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Dr. Muhammad Nurfaiz bin Abd Kharim is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Sciences, Faculty of Agro-based Industry, FIAT, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). He pursued his Ph.D. study in a major of Agro Technology specialized in Precision Farming at Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Whilst he pursued his Ph.D. study, he co-founds a startup company under the UPM startup incubation program related to his expertise and agriculture work. He managed to receive many achievements throughout his managerial periods as a technopreneur and secured several high-impact commercialization grants and projects for his startup company. Before he joins the academic industry, he has vast work experience in various industries such as business management, strategic & marketing, and banking for local & international  companies. Thus, he had involved in the hard selling of  agricultural products throughout his undergraduate university period. Dr Muhammad Nurfaiz bin Abd. Kharim earned a bachelor of entrepreneurship in AgroTechnology from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan and a master's in plantation management from Universiti Putra Malaysia. His research interests are in the field of agro-technology, precision farming, organic-based farming, and urban farming related to vertical and indoor farming..

Dr. Chijioke Francis Onyebukwa, Eastern Palm University, Imo State, Nigeria. 


Dr Onyebukwa Chijioke Francis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria in 2000. He proceeded to North West University Mafikeng, South Africa , where he bagged his Master's of Arts and Doctoral degrees both in International Relations in 2013 and 2017 respectively.

Dr Onyebukwa is currently a lecturer in the Department of History and International Studies, Faculty of Arts, Eastern Palm University, Ogboko, Imo State Nigeria. He has also worked as an  Academic Writing Consultant at the Academic Development Center, North West University from 2014-2016. He was a researcher in Governance and Politics at the African Heritage Institution, Enugu Nigeria from 2018-2019.

Dr. Dickson Adom is a researcher in the pluridisciplinary fields of Place Identity History, African Art, Art Installations, and Cultural Anthropology for Biodiversity Conservation, Environmental Sustainability, and Heritage Sites Conservation. He lectures and undertake research activities in the Department of Educational Innovations in Science and Technology, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He also holds an extraordinary researcher position in the School of Economic Sciences, Northwest University, South Africa. Dr. Adom holds a First Class BA, Master of Philosophy, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in African Art and Culture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology as well as a Post-Diploma in Education with Distinction from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. He  studied Egyptian Art History and Archaeology at the Harvard University, U.S.A. and won a scholarship to study Entrepreneurial in African Emerging Economies at the Harvard Business School. He is an expert in the use of traditional knowledge systems and community engagement strategies in nature conservation projects in rural communities. Dr. Adom was recognised as the RUFORUM Young Scientist 2019, a covetous award for honouring young and dynamic scientists in Africa who are extremely promising for their scientific achievements. His benchmark work has been the development of an innovative traditional strategy for biodiversity conservation that engages local communities and utilizes their rich indigenous knowledge systems. His Post Doctoral research at the Leipzeg University in Germany financed by the DAAD with funding from the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, Germany, aimed at capacity building in cultural and traditional craft enterprises among host communities in Protected Areas in Ghana to boost ecotourism development. This is a community engagement study to make community members take ownership of PA systems in their regions while supporting conservation interests. For his scholarly and academically rigorous peer review activities for top-ranked publishers and journals such as SAGE Open, Taylor and Francis (African Identities), Springer, Elsevier, and many others, he received the 1% Global Top Reviewer  Award from Publons, New Zealand in 2018. He is a certified Publons Academy mentor and a Diamond Level Author at Ezines (U.S.A.). with over sixty journal publications, more than ten book chapters, and over 200 e-articles.

Dr. Precious Chukwuere Chukwuere


Dr. Precious Chibuike Chukwuere, Nursing Science, North-West University, South Africa. 


Dr. Precious Chibuike Chukwuere obtained his Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from Madonna University, Elele Rivers State, Nigeria, and further obtained Master of Nursing Science and PhD in Nursing Science from School of Nursing Science, Faculty of Health Science, North-West University, South Africa. 

Dr. Chukwuere is a qualitative researcher and his nursing research areas are depression in adolescents and its psychosocial management, caring presence, nursing outcome, and social media research. Currently, Dr. Chukwuere is a postdoctoral fellowship candidate at the School of Nursing Science, Faculty of Health Science, North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, South Africa. Dr. Chukwuere is an associate editor with the African Social Science and Humanities Journal (ASSHJ) and have so far published some articles and a book chapter, with other research projects underway.


Dr. S. Kalirajan


Dr. Kalirajan, Deputy Dean at L&T Institute of Project Management, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. 


Dr. S. Kalirajan is the Deputy Dean of L&T Institute of Project Management. He carries a professional experience of over 32 years in Nuclear Power industry. In his earlier role in L&T Construction, since 2015, as Head – Special Initiatives (Nuclear-LWR), he has significantly contributed to strategizing and executing partnerships with foreign technology providers like Westinghouse (US), Areva (France) and Rosatom (Russian Federation) for their nuclear power plant ventures in India and abroad. Essayed a key role in exploring international nuclear market by identifying business opportunities in South East Asian countries, Bangladesh and MENA region and converting them into profitable ventures through well researched strategies and focused on capability development initiatives. He started his career with Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) in 1989 and served for 26 years. During this tenure he had handled various Project Management functions, managing large scale construction works of Nuclear Power Plants in India. He has also worked on various nuclear technologies like PHWR, PWR, FBR. He was instrumental in adoption of latest construction, contract & project management techniques and industry best practices to improve project performance on key parameters. His passion for teaching has led to delivering lectures in various forums and engineering colleges on need and Safety of Nuclear Energy, Construction Management of Nuclear Power Plant, Project management, Concrete Technology and Digitalisation in Construction. He has been a member of Board of Studies (Civil Engineering) and member of Academic Council for few autonomous Engineering colleges in Tamilnadu. He is also a visiting faculty in NITTTR, Chennai.

Dr. M. Arifullah

Dr. Arifullah Mohammed Graduated in 2007 from Sri Venkateswara University, India and continued postdoctoral studies at Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore (2007-2010) and University of Calgary, Canada (2010-2011). Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, Malaysia (Since Jan 2012). His areas of research interest include, Agriculture Biotechnology, Pharmacognosy of Medicinal Plants and Natural Products. He has more than 15 Years of teaching and research experience. He has published about 40 research articles in reputed journals and 5 book chapters, conference presentations and seminars in which he has been a keynote and invited speaker.  He received many honours and awards which include the Best Research Scholar Award – 2004; Junior Scientist of the Year Award – 2005; Young Scientist Award – 2013 and APC Award – 2013. He is the member of scientific societies like, The Indian Botanical Society, Society for Plant Biochemistry and Biotechnology and Society of Biological Chemists. He serves as Editoral member and reviewer for several journals. His inovations has been well recognized with Gold and Siver medals in MTE, ITEX and PECIPTA.   


Dr. AE Mahmoud


Dr. Alaa El Din Mahmoud, Environmental Sciences Department, Faculty of Science, Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt.


Dr. Alaa El Din Mahmoud is academic staff member in Environmental Sciences Department of Faculty of Science at Alexandria University in Egypt. Dr. Mahmoud is also a DAAD-Alumni member and a member of the UNESCO-Youth MAB (Man And Biosphere) program. His research focuses on Interdisciplinary Environmental issues and sustainable development that are related to water/wastewater treatment, remediation, nanotechnology, green chemistry, and green technology. He has many international peer-reviewed publications including scientific peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and conference papers.

 In 2013, he was recognized by Alexandria University during the Day of Excellence for scientific contributions in “teaching & research” and was awarded a National Commission Young Scientists Award from UNESCO - Man and the Biosphere program. Recently, he was awarded “2018 American Chemical Society Award for Environmental Chemistry Division” and “DAAD Award for conference and lecture travel in two consecutive years 2018 – 2019”. Among his current activities, Dr. Mahmoud is a reviewer for several prestigious journals in Elsevier, Springer, RSC society, MDPI, and IEEE.

Dr. Fundo Wandile Tsabedze currently joined Inside-out Outside-in Project as researcher. His research focus is African Psychology (Indigenous Knowledge), Adolescents’ emotional intelligence and mental health and psychosocial wellbeing of offenders in correctional centers (Covid-19 adjustment and wellbeing of incarcerated students). Covid-19 Pandemic impact on offenders’ wellbeing more special incarcerated students. I will also highlight on how culture and traditions of our diverse incarcerated population was affected by the pandemic.
